It was just a strong match for a concise stay in Kansas City with best value. The staff was accommodating and let us pick free bagels from their store after the breakfast situation fell through. Avoid expecting too many amenities if you're just passing through.

I stayed in a King Room and was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and welcoming ambiance. The huge windows let in plenty of natural light and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. I really enjoyed the bartender's friendly service and the cozy lobby area, where I could unwind with a drink.
Breakfast options could be improved.

Had a pleasant stay with comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. Great for brief visits but plan on dining outside the hotel.

secure underground parking, modern lounge area, outdoor seating with games
The room layout is downright bizarre with no separation between sleeping and bathing spaces!!! Privacy is a luxury here, with awkward design choices making it hard to feel comfortable. Improve the room configurations!!!

The staff provided exceptional service. one employee proactively switched my room to one with a shower after hearing about my long motorcycle ride in the heat. The King Room was clean, modern, and featured a wonderfully comfortable bed. However, breakfast options consisted solely of snack-like foods available for purchase, and the bathroom design with a pocket door might confuse some guests. The location was excellent, just a block from Country Plaza.

comfortable stay but dining options limited
The bed in the room exceeded my expectations for comfort. The furnishings were modern and added a stylish touch to the space.
Breakfast options were limited and consisted mostly of snack-like items.

The bar area has a decent vibe, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The proximity to shopping and dining spots is a sweet deal, making it easy to explore without needing a speeder.
Breakfast turned out to be nonexistent because the cook had bailed, which was definitely a letdown. The King Room felt cramped, and the room design offered little privacy, especially with no door separating the bathing area from the sleeping space. Parking came with a $25 fee, but getting double charged meant a hassle that took more time than I'd prefer. The bar closed at 11 PM despite visible crowds, and there was no last call announcement—it just went dark. Room cleaning also barged in way too early without knocking, making me feel like I was in a bad episode of 'Survivor'.

The King Room was super clean and modern. The bed? Seriously comfy—like the best I've ever slept on in a hotel. The bathroom has a pocket door, so don't worry about privacy. Location was epic, just a block from Country Plaza. Only downside? Breakfast was all snack stuff you had to buy, so we went out instead.
